Terms & Policies
Your yoga retreat is secured and reserved by paying a £250 deposit. Yovedic Retreats allows cancellations of up to 60 days before the retreat’s start date. The deposit is non refundable although if the full price is paid and you are no longer able to attend we will refund you the difference. Cancellation’s after this point are non refundable.
The full balance payment is due no later than 8 weeks prior to date of your arrival. If we do not receive your full balance payment your place may be lost.
Last minute booking prior 2 months in advance of retreat start date must be paid in full.
We accept payment by bank transfer.
Due to teacher cancellation or venue cancellation or any other situation out of our control, we reserve the rights to make any changes to our program. Alternative arrangements will be made and offered, but we hold no responsibility for any cost incurred, including airfare and travel plans.
If you have any health issues please contact your doctor to make sure you are in a fit state to join us. Please also inform the Yovedic team.
We may offer a discount to some students, this does not affect the status of any other guest who have previously paid the full price and no discount will then become due to them.
Yovedic Retreats accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, illness or fatality whilst you are on our retreat. We strongly recommend that you have your own travel insurance.
You are responsible for insuring you have a valid passport and necessary visas, as well as any required medical checks.
We do not allow loud music and try to maintain a peaceful retreat. However we have no control over noise that may occur outside of the retreat.
Yovedic Retreats guest must be respectful and must not engage in offensive, illegal or immoral acts. Should this be a situation or should a guest become a nuisance then we reserve the right to ask a guest to leave our retreat or suspend their activities.
We accept no responsibility for travel tickets such as airfares, trains, buses etc. This is solely the guest responsibility to organise and inform us only of an arrival time and flight number.
Yovedic Retreats may or may not offer transfers depending upon retreat, please enquire to find out more information.
We will not give your personal information to anyone else (expect where required to do so by authority) We will retain your information and from time to time we may contact you with our promotions or newsletters.
